Tandoori Mossala Dishes (Mild)
These dishes are cooked twice. Firstly thay are marinated overnight, skewered and barbecued in the tandoor and then they are cooked in specially prepared tandoori sauce, cooked with fresh cream, ground almonds, coconut flour and sultanas. Garnished with almond flakes and fresh cream.

Balti Dishes (Medium)
Balti dishes are cooked twice. Firstly they are marinated and barbecued in the tandoor and then they are cooked and served in a sizzling iron wok with the sauce made from specially selected spices and herbs, cooked with capsicum, onion and tomatoes. Garnished with cucumber, tomatoes, fresh coriander and served with Pilau Rice or Naan Bread.
